In celebration of Random Acts of Kindness Day in 2022, MIIndful Manchester have teamed up with keynote speaker Sha Hussain with a informative and interactive webinar on The Power of Gratitude and Kindness.

This event will encourage us to reflect on, and cultivate, a practice of gratitude and kindness for the benefit of both ourselves and others. It will also encourage us to learn new skills and acquire tools to take better care of our physiological and mental wellbeing.

Hosted by Sha Hussain, founder of The Wellness Movement, we will check-in with one another, form closer bonds with colleagues and associates, and normalise the conversation around mental health.

This will be an interactive session giving you the opportunity to engage with others in break out rooms and try out some practical exercises including journaling and mindfulness.

By attending this event delegates will be able to:

  • Practice being mindful
  • Checking in on our wellbeing – How are we?
  • Explore how Gratitude and Kindness benefit the giver as well as the receiver
