As summer draws to a close, what can we do to protect our wellbeing throughout the Winter?
Lisa from ‘Best You Health’ offers advice on simple nutrition, movement, and stress management hacks, giving you more energy whilst protecting your mind, body, and immune health through the cooler and darker months.
Before qualifying as a Health Coach and setting up ‘Best You Health’, Lisa spent over 25 years working in a number of client-facing roles, eventually as a partner of a successful recruitment business. In her current role as a health coach, Lisa works closely with people to unearth their personal goals, giving them the knowledge, tools, and support to take control of their long-term health.
