We invite you to join us for this online event for anyone wanting to understand more about managing the menopause.
This workshop will help to highlight some of the challenges that people face during the menopause.
It will also look at how we can take positive steps to help manage these challenges and provide practical solutions and techniques that can be applied in the workplace.

The session is for all employees and employers who want to learn more about the menopause and the impact it can have in the workplace.

Speaker
Emma Dechoux
- The session will be led by Emma Dechoux of Inspired Learning, inspiring you to achieve results through her coaching, workshops, and programmes.
- Emma has over 17 years’ experience in Learning & Development, sales training, customer experience and management and leadership training. Working at operational and strategic levels, her background spans the hi-tech and more recently the consultancy industry working within diverse organisations ranging from healthcare through to tech, pharma and retail.
- Personally, Emma has Post Ovarian Insufficiency, meaning that she went through the menopause at the age of 41. Since then, Emma’s research has led to her helping and supporting others who are impacted by menopause whether that’s the individual themselves, spouses/partners or managers.
