Webinar: Atomic Habits: creating real change through making small decisions

Online
Wednesday, 13 December 2023
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm (UK time)
    • Sha Hussain, Wellbeing consultant, The Wellness Movement

People think that when you want to change your life, you need to think big.

We invite you to join us for this online event for anyone wanting to understand more about ‘Atomic Habits’ – a term coined by world-renowned habits expert James Clear - where change comes from the compound effect of making hundreds of small decisions.

Who would benefit from attending?

The session is for all employees and employers who want to learn how miniscule changes can have a transformative effect on your life.

The learning objectives for this session are as follows:

  • How to build effective habits in four simple steps
  • Explore and define your values (when our goals and habits are aligned with our values, we are more likely to progress and see them through)
  • The aggregation of marginal gains (the practice of making small improvements in various areas to achieve a significant overall improvement).
