BREATHWORKS & JONATHAN BATES are excited to be delivering a Mindfulness for Stress programme running throughout 2024 specifically designed for insurance professionals. Jonathan will provide you with tools and techniques to manage stress more effectively and improve overall emotional health.

The programme:

This is the sixth of twelve Mindfulness Programme sessions we have for you in 2024. It will last approximately 30-45 minutes and include a practice such as meditation. Participants will also be provided with guidance on how to bring mindfulness into their daily lives.

Our industry can be fast-paced and often stressful in nature. This program will be a great opportunity for participants to benefit from overall well-being whether it be within the workplace, or on a personal level.

Who would benefit from attending?

The session is for anyone who wants to experience meditation and mindfulness and is open to people of all levels.

Learning Objectives

The aims of this session: Making a Home in the Present Moment is to help you understand the following core development objectives:

  • An increased settling of the mind using what is always with us. The present moment.
  • A nurtured sense of calm and peace.
  • Being better to deal with anxiety, fear, and unhelpful thoughts using the present moment.

Speaker:

Jonathan Bates, Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher.

The course will be led by Jonathan Bates, an experienced mindfulness teacher, who has a deep understanding of the principles and practices of mindfulness and how they can be applied in a professional setting. Jonathan can provide participants with guidance and support to help them develop their mindfulness skills and manage stress more effectively.
