In Person Event: Digital Wellbeing and Positive Parenting in a Digital World
Digital wellbeing is a topic that is a massive hotspot of activity at the moment. Screen time is on the rise, not only in the workplace but in our social lives as well.
Join the Insurance Institute of Manchester for this free event at Clyde & Co's Manchester offices on the 3rd Floor, where our speaker, Sam Flynn (Digital Wellbeing Coach, Trainer & Speaker), will give us an insight and overview into the world of digital wellbeing.
As Children's Mental Health week (Place2Be's Children's Mental Health Week - Official site) is also taking place this week, the event will also discuss how digital wellbeing can impact upon parenting and children.
Sam will take us through the following objectives on the day:
-
Understanding digital wellbeing and the importance of maintaining a positive digital wellbeing
-
How digital wellbeing impacts children and steps we can take to improve their digital wellbeing
-
Being a digital role model as a parent and steps to take to have a positive relationship with your smartphone
