Menopause: What All Managers and Colleagues Need to Know!
New Speaker Announced! Rachel Longbottom, Head of Service Performance and Innovation at Bravo Networks, will be providing an insight on how an insurance company can provide practical support to their teams.
For International Women’s Month, we are collaborating with iCAN Manchester and CNA Hardy to host an essential discussion on menopause in the workplace - what all managers and colleagues need to know.
Despite 73% of working women (and others experiencing menopause transition) reporting symptoms that affect their professional and personal lives, menopause remains a misunderstood and often overlooked workplace topic.
Join us for a Menopause Mythbusting event featuring Kate Muir, a renowned women’s health expert, documentary maker, and author. Katie will break down the myths surrounding menopause, offering valuable insights into how individuals and organisations can foster greater understanding and support.
Following the session, we’ll host a fireside chat and open Q&A, creating space for honest discussions, shared experiences, and practical takeaways to help workplaces better support employees.
