This webinar will focus on the recently issued Dear CEO letter and will cover FCA expectations, press coverage (incl Bloomberg’s findings), assessment of culture, changing behaviour, the key role of senior managers and how chartered status can help.

In addition, there will be coverage of the FCA’s Business Plan for 2020/21 and Sector Views and highlighting what you need to do in respect of:-

  1. Leadership;
  2. Purpose;
  3. Approach to rewarding and managing people;
  4. Governance, systems and controls.

This webinar is interactive and participants will be encouraged to debate their thoughts on the route to cultural maturity, motivators and what a good and healthy culture looks like.

Learning objectives - by the end of this webinar delegates will have gained an insight into:

  • What the FCA expect;
  • What firms can do embrace the challenge;
  • Why engagement is essential.

Speaker bio

Branko Bjelobaba FCII has worked for 32 years across the sector and latterly at PwC and GISC and has led his own consultancy practice for 16 years. He works closely with BIBA (and has published its compliance manual since 2004) and the CII and has provided many well-received (even entertaining!) training events throughout the UK. He is a recipient of the Thomson Reuters Compliance Personality of the Year Award and the London Market People Award for Legal and Compliance.
