- Mood, memory, habits, behaviour, and sleep.
- What is stress?
- How to spot stress?
- How to resolve stress?
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand broadly how the mind works.
- Awareness of the intellectual and emotional minds.
- Identify three stress-related behaviour patterns.
- Identify three stress-related sleep patterns.
- Recognise stress and stressors.
- Recognise the signs of stress.
- Be aware of what can be done about stress.
- Learn the 3-6 breathing technique.
- Know where to go for more information on stress.

After 23 years in the corporate world, an unexpected, stress-related exit, lead to retraining as a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist. I now specialise in helping stressed executives identify and manage stress, to rapidly regain capacity and control.
