2) understand the responsibility of a bailee, how bailment arises, how underwriters price.

3) understand more about ‘standard trading conditions’ and 'conventions' and the monetary limitations.

Speaker Biography

This Presentation is from experienced Cargo Underwriter Lance Carter. Lance has enjoyed circa 30 years in our industry, and 20+ of those within marine and transit insurance. Having worked for several Marine insurers he now works for well respected and award Winning Underwriters NMU (Munich Re) where he enjoys writing new business and looking after businesses ranging from multi billion international household names, to SMEs and charities.
