Understanding Suicide: Opening up the Conversation
Suicide affects us all, directly or indirectly, and it is important that we normalise conversations about suicide.
This empowering session explores the complexity of suicide and breaks down some of the stigma that surrounds it.
The aim of the session is to instil a message of hope – hope for recovery for those that are experiencing thoughts and feelings of suicide and hope that we can all play a part in creating suicide safer communities.
