Following an unconventional career path from teaching to childminding to insurance, Clare Talbot-Jones of Talbot Jones Ltd, brings her experiences and learning to help people face fears, take action and live fulfilling lives through value-based decision making and not through fear.

Aiming to help people reframe their perspective on Insurance and Risk Management, Clare's TEDx talk 'Pursuing Fearlessness' has been viewed by thousands of people since being aired in April.

She explores insurance fundamentals, the use of risk assessments and why might aiming for resilience might be a blunder.

As a relative newcomer to the profession, Clare is keen to shine a spotlight on the benefits and merits of insurance and the skilled, passionate, people-centric professionals who work in it.
