This lecture will explore the increase in fraudulent claims and share strategies for challenging and disputing these claims, BLM were involved in the Supreme Court case of Summers v Fairclough Homes

Speaker Biography
Raj Kanda, a partner at BLM, is part of the large fraud teams across several of BLM's 14 offices. Raj handles a variety casualty fraud matters and leads a team of lawyers dedicated to defending these actions.
