Entry is free.
Teams will be divided into two leagues, the top two teams from each league progress to the semi-finals.
Kick-off is 6pm. Team captains register at reception by 5.45pm. The final will be played at 9pm.
More than one team per company is allowed, but only one non-insurance guest player per team.
The holders of The Mallet Shield are AA Insurance Services.
