Annual Dinner
Our glamourous annual dinner will be held on Friday 16th November 7pm at the Crowne Plaza, Newcastle. We are looking forward to an evening of entertainment, good food and lots of laughs - we hope to see you and your colleagues there.
There will be a 3 course meal followed by entertainment from top comedian Gary Marshall plus coffee and home-made fudge. Following the dinner there will be a disco and further networking.
Our menu this year comprises:
Starter
Peppered Devonshire Goats Cheese and Honeyed Fig (v)
With Walnut Oil, Aged Balsamic, Black Olive, Caper Berry and Rye Crisp Bread
Main
Braised Brisket of Beef, brined In Maple, Mustard and Barley
Served with Black Pepper Courgette, Roasted Baby Onions & Horseradish Potatoes
and a Sauce Made of Chestnut Mushrooms, Shallots, Thyme and Madeira
Vegetarian Option
Sautéed Sage Potato Gnocchi (V)
With a Spicy Putenesca Sauce
Dark Chocolate and Salted Caramel Shortcake
Morello Cherry and Kirsch Syrup
