Annual Dinner
Our glamorous annual dinner will be held on Friday 15th November 7pm at the Crowne Plaza, Newcastle. We are looking forward to an evening of entertainment, good food and lots of laughs - we hope to see you and your colleagues there.
There will be a 3 course meal followed by entertainment plus coffee and home-made fudge.
The menu is as follows:
Sweet Potato Lentil & Cumin Volute
Finished with a Cardamon Butter & Toasted Pumpkin Seed Granola

Herb Crusted Compression of Northumbrian Lamb
Marinated in Harissa & Preserved Lemon, Served with Basil Gratin Potatoes, Aubergine & Pesto Caviar, Minted Pea Puree and a Rosemary, Garlic & Shallot Sauce

Vegetarian Option- Creamy Potato & Pepper Kiev
Roasted Onions, Charred Corn, Potato & Roasted Pepper Parcel, Coated in Brioche Crumb & filled with a Creamy Herb & Garlic Sauce served with Steamed Pesto New Potatoes & Watercress Salad

Eton Mess & Shortbread Cheesecake
White Chocolate Cheesecake on a Shortbread Biscuit Base, Rippled with Strawberry & Shards of Meringue, served with a Mint Crème Fraiche & Lime Curd
