Melissa Kidd Biography:
Melissa Kidd, Director of Motem Ltd, specialises in helping insurance professionals to communicate more effectively.
She began her career as a copywriter having been trained by the Plain English Campaign. With a background in psychology, coaching and communication, combined with a wealth of
experience in the finance sector, she has a unique position from which to help financial services professionals.
Her clients include the Chartered Insurance Institute, Allianz, Zurich, NIG, BIBA, the Personal Finance Society and many more.
