Diversity is rightly high on the agenda for many organisations. However, an area that is often overlooked as part of a diversity strategy is the role of internal and external communications. This webinar will teach key communication strategies to ensure that, whether it be internal or external communications, you communicate with a wider and more diverse audience and avoid miscommunication or misunderstanding with people who
are different to you.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
 Identify key skills for creating more diverse messages in external and internal communications.
 Understand how miscommunications and misunderstandings occur when communication does not take diversity into account.
 Implement a strategy to communicate with a wider and more diverse audience.
