Webinar - Meetings: making more of less
ABOUT THE SESSION
Most of us wish we didn´t have to attend so many meetings and imagine if those meetings we do have to attend could be more productive.
This session will look at the science behind meetings in terms of when it is necessary to have meetings, how to plan for meetings, how to ensure they are more productive and how to ultimately reduce the number of necessary meetings. To take account of new working practices, this session will explore virtual as well as face-to-face meetings.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Identify the science behind meetings.
- Understand how meetings can be properly planned and managed.
- Implement an overall strategy to get more out of less meetings.
