Webinar - Leadership styles for hybrid working
As we move out of lockdown and more people return to the workplace, a new ‘hybrid’ work team is emerging, where not everyone will be in the office all the time.
This is an ideal time for leaders to reflect on their existing leadership style to see whether they’re helping maintain motivation levels and bringing out the best in their team. Whether you’re working with people in the office or based at home, understanding how to adapt your leadership style for different situations is a useful skill to develop. This workshop provides an introduction to Leadership Styles giving you an insight into your own potential and how this can be developed.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Consider the challenges of hybrid working
- Understand leadership styles and behaviours
- Undertake an assessment of their own leadership style
- Choose an appropriate leadership style to suit the situations they face
- Review own style areas and how they can be used effectively
