An Introduction to Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and how it is Being Adopted in Insurance.
Artificial Intelligence, or ‘AI’ as it is more widely known, is regularly in the press with articles about how “AI will change the world”, “AI to replace humans” and “AI cures disease”. The UK Government has AI at the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Chinese Government has stated that it will be the world leader in AI by 2030. But is it all hype ? Or reality ? In this webinar we will provide some basic definitions and explanations about what AI actually is and how it works, as well as providing examples of AI in use, in both our personal and business lives, with a focus on the insurance sector.
