Trust and loyalty are the cornerstones of any successful business relationship, but more especially in insurance and financial services.
Trust has been compromised and loyalty challenged by a series of recent events which have been both within and outside our control. This webinar will examine the essential elements of what trust is, how to gain trust and keep it, as well as what to do when trust and loyalty are jeopardised.

- Explain the fundamental components of trust and loyalty in insurance and financial services.
- Identify the parcelling of the relationship of trust and loyalty between product, brand and adviser.
- Implement a strategy to build trust and regain loyalty when a relationship has been compromised.
