Five a Side Football Competition

Our annual FREE Five-a-Side Football Competition is due to take place on Monday 9th July 2018. There are no World Cup matches that night. Teams will be divided into two leagues, the top two teams from each league progress to the semi-finals.

IPID - The Insurance Product Information Document

This session will take participants through the relevant sections of the implementing regulations and the new prescribed format for the IPID. This will be followed by tips how to navigate through the fog of insurance gobbledygook to ensure that the IPID is written in plain language and is free from jargon.

Giving and Receiving Feedback effectively

This 2 hour interactive and practical session will offer some strategies and skills, tools and techniques to ensure that feedback is given to peers and team members in a way that gets the message across while maintaining the relationship. It will also provide some tips and techniques for taking feedback well.
