Identify techniques that allow you to overcome time wasters, avoid procrastinating and optimise the use of your available time
Participants will be able to
• carry out a systematic review of how they use their time at work, identify their own time-wasters and adopt strategies for eliminating them
• clarify and prioritise their objectives and goals and apply practical techniques to organise their work to ensure that they are met
• apply strategies to overcome their causes of procrastination
• adopt strategies for dealing with interruptions
• understand and be able to apply a range of processes and techniques to optimise the use of available time
