Lizzy is qualified to carry out Hogans psychometric tests and has been working within businesses over the past 5 years to change behaviours of people and teams. She is passionate about helping people be the best they can be and in the last 18 months was very inspired from a leadership course she attended at Henley Business School on this particular subject.

Lizzy has worked in the insurance sector for over 15 years, recently set her own business up and enjoys show jumping her horse at the weekends.
