About our Speakers
Amanda McClimond LLB
Amanda is a Legal Director at DAC Beachcroft solicitors in Northern Ireland and has over 16 years’ litigation experience on instruction from Insurers, large commercial entities and professionals. Together with the Team Partner, Amanda leads the Commercial and Professional Risk Team in Belfast and deals with a vast variety of usually very interesting and diverse claims in this sphere, with a special focus on Professional Negligence and Directors’ and Officers’ liability.
Sean McGahan LLB SIRM
Sean is Location Head for DAC Beachcroft solicitors in Northern Ireland and has over 30 years’ litigation experience on instruction from Insurers, professionals and self-insured entities. You name it he has probably dealt with it before. He is ranked in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame and in Chambers and Partners as an Eminent Practitioner. He is a specialist member of the Institute of Risk Management. Sean has delivered impactful talks at nationally and international level and enjoys an enviable reputation for engaging audiences with his fun, jargon free approach to presenting.
