About the speaker
Sne is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor and entered the world of adjusting in 1991. Sne heads up the Subsidence Division which deals with subsidence claims across the UK taking instructions on a diversified client portfolio ranging form household domestic to complex, high net worth and commercial portfolios.
Sne has led Award winning redesign of the model which combined technical front end triage and intelligent routing to quality controlled decision making to ensure the most cost effective outcomes are delivered whilst meeting "what matters" to the customer.
Often invited to speak on the subject at various groups such as the Post Magazine, I Love Claims, BRE Subsidence Forum, CII etc...
In order to nurture future experts, Sne is an RICS Assessor and has been appointed external moderator for Sheffield Hallam University for the Building Surveying degree.
