CPD Mock Trial

The case dealt with a dramatic accident at the Dander Inn involving Uel B. Allright. The flamboyant plaintiff dazzled the courtroom as he described the ordeal of cutting his finger whilst preparing avocado and prawn sandwiches.

After evidence was provided by Head Chef, Fiona Cookes and General Manager, Jack Potts a decision was made. The court found in favour of the defendant leaving a very disappointed and bewildered Mr Allright.
