Christmas Shoe Box Appeal

We can all get involved and encourage our colleagues to get involved in our initiative to make a difference in our community by supporting the Homeless Action Group in their efforts to help the homeless men and women on our streets.

To get involved:

• Find a box - an empty photocopy paper box or shoe box would be perfect
• Cover it, including the lid, in Christmas wrapping paper and label male / female

Fill it with:

• Clothing: hats, scarves, gloves, socks, waterproofs, underwear, belts.
• Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, roll on deodorants (no aerosols), razors, baby wipes, sanitary items.
• Food: tea bags, hot chocolate, packet soups, pot noodles, individually wrapped biscuits, ring pulled tins of food, tins of soft drinks, bottles of water, crisps, chocolate, cereal bars, sugar and any other non-perishables.
• General: sleeping bags, torch, large zip lock sandwich bags, polystyrene cups, plastic cutlery, notepads and pens.

NO alcohol, sharps or harmful substances.

Deadline for completion Friday 29th November 2019.

Filled boxes can be brought to the IINI Masterclasses on 17th October 2019 and 21st November 2019 at the Clayton Hotel, Belfast.
