Professor Damian Hughes
Professor Damian Hughes is an acclaimed speaker and the author of six best-selling books. He highlights the psychological methods used by great achievers and shows, in easy steps, how you can adopt them into your own life and business. His innovative thinking has been praised by Sir Richard Branson, Sir Alex Ferguson, Jonny Wilkinson, Tiger Woods and Sir Terry Leahy. A Professor of Organisational Psychology and Change at Manchester Metropolitan University, Damian will deliver a presentation entitled ‘How to Think Like Sir Alex Ferguson’.

Neil Cahill
Neil Cahill is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team in Tughans. He has fifteen years’ experience in Defence Insurance Litigation, acting for Insurers and Self Insured Companies in respect of road traffic accidents, employer’s liability and public liability claims. Described by sources in Chambers and Partners Legal Directory as "very intelligent," "solid" and "dependable". He has a particular interest in the defence of fraudulent claims and has acted for various insurers in assisting in implementing systems to combat fraud.

Laura McKee
Laura McKee is an Associate Director in the Dispute Resolution Team in Tughans. A past pupil of Thornhill College, Derry, Laura has eight years’ experience acting in the defence of insurance claims. She is also a member of the Tughans Fraud Team and is instructed regularly by clients in the defence of fraudulent insurance claims in both the County Court and High Court. Laura will join Neil to deliver a presentation entitled ‘Turning the Tables on the Fraudsters’.
