IINI Masterclass 2019-20: The Devil is in the Detail / The Future of Work is Now
The Insurance Institute of Northern Ireland is delighted to announce the launch of the tenth Premium Masterclass series (our programme of Continuous Professional Development events for members of the CII and PFS).
Our first event will focus on the following topics - The Devil is in the Detail and The Future of Work is Now.

Kathy McGillie & Laura Connor: The Devil is in the Detail
Kathy is a Partner in Tughans’ Dispute Resolution Department with a specialism in insurance matters.
Laura is an Associate Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Department specialising in insurance litigation. Her expertise includes Credit Hire, Motor Fraud and Motor Injury in both the County Court and High Court.
Laura will deliver an in-depth analysis of current and future fraud prevention and detection techniques and their application in the Courts in Northern Ireland.
Kieran Gilmurray: The Future of Work is Now.
Kieran is Global Director Robotics, Blockchain and Intelligent Automation for Pearson Education.
Kieran is a 'translator' between technologists and the business. He has over 25 years experience in building digitally empowered businesses that are 100% focused on delivering value for their customers.
He is a well-known speaker and conference chair on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, machine learning, operational change, human resource management and digital transformation.
This year he has spoken in San Francisco, London and Belfast on the future of work and digital transformation.
Every masterclass will have full CII CPD Accreditation and will attract 2.5 Structured CPD Hours.
Attending all six events will make up 15 of the required 21 Structured CPD Hours.

If you have block booked company season tickets a list of names of attendees for each Masterclass should then be sent to the IINI CPD Secretary two days before each event.
