The webinar will explore emerging litigation risks, drawing on national and international trends to include business interruption, under insurance, social inflation and cyber issues; and how best to respond to such risks.

Catriona leads the professional and commercial risk team in Northern Ireland specialising in defence of professional negligence claims on behalf of a wide range of professions. She will draw on her experience in handling claims on behalf of insurers and brokers to highlight the key issues facing insurance professionals and how they can protect themselves and their clients.

Sean is known for taking a strategic view of litigation risk for clients, drawing on his risk management credentials as an IRM Certified Risk Specialist.
