New Professional’s Group CPD Session Self-Directed Learning – Taking ownership of your own development
We have the pleasure of Sarah Cooper of Development Garden hosting an interactive CPD session on Self-Directed Learning. This session is ideal if you’d like to take ownership of your own development and look for ways to grow your knowledge, skills and behaviours, either at work or in your personal life.
Learning objectives are:
- to build understanding of the importance of ongoing self-development for our organisation, our customers/clients and ourselves
- to acknowledge the importance of balancing development of “what” we need to be able to do with “how” we need to be able to do it (encouraging behavioural as well as technical/professional development)
- to explore how learning preferences impact on the way we develop and grow
- to develop potential plans/goals to utilise the full range of learning resources available to us
Development Garden have many years of experience from a range of corporate settings in both the private and public sectors, with a particular strength in Financial Services.
This event is open to everyone, not just those new to the industry.
Please note, to join this event you will require access to Zoom, which can be downloaded from www.zoom.us before attending.
