No-one likes to be mircro-managed, and yet, it can be so easy to fall into this practice.

So in this in person, high energy half day with Michael from Kataholos, come and learn how to develop yourself and your leadership abilities above and beyond that of the often unpopular micro manager.

Part 1- Why is micromanaging bad?

In part 1, you will learn how micromanaging occurs, its negative effects warning signs for you to look out for.

Part 2- Equipping you and your team

In part 2, you will learn techniques, strategic approaches and practical ways to build trust, learn the art of delegation, approach letting go, improve your emotional intelligence and the importance of proper appraisal systems and performance reviews.

Part 3- success and scalability

In part 3, you will learn how to discover when things are improving, how to repeat and pass on successful practices, 180, 360 and 720 degree feedback and how to scale your improvements to keep thinking big.
