About the Speaker

George Zielinski is a qualified and experienced HR professional with a solid background in Financial Services, and spent a lot of his financial career in Southend-on-Sea.

George is a dynamic and engaging coach and leadership development consultant.

He works cross-sector, equipping managers and leaders to navigate complex change and develop their capabilities and talent with a focus on delivery of their organisational objectives.

He also runs a private clinical hypnotherapy practice where he specialises in supporting professionals to mitigate the effects of workplace stress and buffer against illbeing.

He has an impressive client history including top tier management consultancies, global financial institutions and various Public Sector UK Government departments.

His unique delivery style is based on three key disciplines; engagement, entertainment and most importantly enablement.
