InsurED A Resounding Success
InsurED 2015 a resounding success
Nottingham Insurance Institute's InsurED Education conference took place in May and was again well-attended and rated a success by the delegates who attended.
With 20 varied sessions across the day, almost 150 delegates were able to chose a bespoke agenda to suit their individual development needs, and acquire five hours CPD in the process.
Paralympian gold medallist Naomi Riches was the keynote speaker, any more of the region's main employers attended as sponsors, presenters or delegates.
There was a great deal of positive feedback by those who attended:
"I though the event ws superbly well organise, particularly in keeping the different sessions working to time. Naomi Riches was a great guest speaker and showed just what can be achieved in the face of adversity. From a personal viewpoint, I found Gary Hibberd's session on cyber security fascinating - a real wake up call to the huge threats every individual and business faces."
"For us, just having the chance to ha informal, relaxed chat with some of our brokers made the day worthwhile, Naomi Riches as a keynote speaker was both an inspired choice and an inspiring presentation."
"We enjoyed the day and the opportunity to speak to members of the CII about the upcoming changes in Insurance Law. The breadth of topics on offer throughout the day was impressive and there was a great turnout."
"I was really impressed at the scale and scope of the day Nottingham Insurance Institute managed to lay on. Its certainly the biggest and most impressive 'local' CII event I have see, Well done!"
