Agents and sub-contractors: the essential law and claims handling tips

About the seminar

This interactive session will provide an insight into the fundamental principles of the law that governs the duties owed between a principal and agent, the different types of agency and the similarities and differences between an agency and sub-contractor relatonship. Essential claims handling tips will also be provided to assist those who may encounter claims where disputes arise between agents and their principal or between a principal and their sub-contractors.
