What areas are brokers being caught out in and how can they minimise these risks?

This seminar will highlight the main causes of negligence claims against brokers. Griffiths & Armour will summarise the most frequent errors that mean insurance brokers have to spend time defending themselves rather than helping their clients.

A rundown of the current underlying trends leading to Professional Indemnity notifications, along with some practical guidance on how to manage your own risks and reduce the chances of any claims allegations being brought against them.

The Nottingham Insurance Institute charges for non-attendance at all CPD events. If you do find that you are unable to attend, we ask that you give us at least 4 working days notice that you are no longer able to attend.

Please note, if you fail to let us know before this deadline, we will need to charge a £30.00 (inc. VAT) non-attendance fee to cover the cost of catering, booking arrangements and denial of your place to other members.
