High Achiever Awards 2019

Nominations for the prestigious Nottingham Insurance Institute High Achiever Award 2019 are now open

Our prestigious Award is back and we are looking for individuals in the local general insurance or financial services profession who have demonstrated the highest levels of attitude, performance and achievement in their career.

Recognising those employees that have gone above and beyond is a fantastic way to show your appreciation for the work they do, would be a great boost to their confidence and can provide motivation for others to strive to achieve more.

As a past winner of the Award in 2015, I was delighted and proud to have been nominated by my employer in recognition of the work I was doing for them, the Nottingham Institute and the wider community. It most definitely is a badge of honour and the award takes pride of place in my home.

Do you know someone you can nominate?

• Do you know someone that goes above and beyond in their working life, who strives to achieve the highest levels of attitude, achievement and performance?
• A fantastic opportunity for you to recognise and reward your employees/colleague’s achievements
• Open to both General Insurance and Financial Service professionals
• Any employee can be nominated, from junior staff through to senior managers (within in the geographic region covered by Nottingham Insurance Institute)
• Showcase individuals’ professional attitude and achievements, as well as their personal achievements benefiting the wider community
• Prize - £250 cash prize for the winner along with the coveted High Achiever trophy
• 3 finalists are invited to attend the Annual Dinner as the guest of the President (24^th January 2020) and the Winner is announced during the evening and presented with their Award.
• Applicants may nominate themselves or may be nominated by their manager, colleague or employer by completing the attached nomination form or downloading this from the NII Website.
• Candidates will be judged based on their excellence in delivering an exceptional client service, their initiative and ambition, their attitude of going 'the extra mile' and how they have benefited the wider community.

(Applications are assessed by 3 independent judges who are either not associated with the Insurance industry or who are not local to Nottingham & Derby).

Closing date for entries: All applications shall be made by a deadline of 11^th December 2019 by email to joanne@aips.co.uk with an email titled "NII High Achiever Award 2019".

Terms & Conditions

• Those shortlisted may be invited to a Q&A session with the selection panel at the panel’s discretion.
• Awards to be given at Annual Dinner by NII President & sponsor insurer representative
• All delegates shortlisted to be in invited to attend Annual Dinner
