The Insurance Institute of Perth and Dundee is happy to announce that their next CPD event
will discuss the key themes for investors in the quarter ahead.

This session qualifies you for 60 minutes structured CPD, by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)

Learning objectives:
Be attending this event delegates will be able to identify:

The market landscape in Q2 and describe the outlook for 2018
How investing across asset classes provides diversification when making investment decisions
Different investment opportunities for investors in the current market environment

The event will be delivered by Michael Bell, Global Market Strategist. Michael is responsible for communicating the latest market and economic views from our Global Market Insights Strategy Team in the UK and around Europe. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Michael worked for 7 years as an Investment Strategist on the Economics and Asset Allocation team at private bank C. Hoare and Co. in London. During this time, he was responsible for the European, Japanese and Credit strategy whilst also playing a key role in determining FX strategy and the overall global asset allocation. Michael holds an MA in Social and Political Sciences from Queens’ College, Cambridge and is a CFA charter holder.

Michael will also open the floor for Q&A, sharing his views on any regions or asset classes you’d like to hear more about.

Following this session, Stephen McCall, Regional Sales Manager for Scotland at JPM Asset Management, will introduce a couple of fund solutions and how they may be relevant for investors in the current environment.

Delegates must bring photo ID on the day of the seminar as the front desk at Aviva will require sight of this as part of their internal security procedures.
