The latest CPD breakfast seminar we will be hosting will focus on the area of Marine cargo insurance - which primarily covers the loss of damage to ships, cargo, terminals and any transport or cargo which is transferred, acquired or held between points of origin and final destination. A very specialist area, with this session designed to give an overview and update on this topic.

• the basis of Cargo Cover - Institute Cargo Clauses A, B & C including standard exclusions
• Incoterms
• basis of Cover-Hauliers and Freight Liability
• all cover risks
• RHA conditions
