Understand the main principles of effective coaching and mentoring in the workplace.

• Defined what coaching and mentoring is within the context of an organisation

• Explained the similarities and differences between coaching and mentoring

• Reviewed an effective model that could be followed when coaching or mentoring

• Discussed some the top mentoring and coaching questions that aim to get the best from a coaching or mentoring session
