ANNUAL CII & PFS AWARDS - 2022 SPECIAL AWARDS

• Customer Service Champion

This award is to recognise an individual or a team who go the extra mile for their customers. They will have an exceptional attitude to customer service and nothing is too much trouble for their customers. Who might you nominate? Someone who does a brilliant job, all the time!

• Treating Customers Fairly Champion

Treating Customers Fairly is not just about ticking boxes - it's about an attitude and mindset that ensures responsibilities in this area are fully complied with, while still demonstrating that customers are the centre of everything we do within the industry. Is there someone in your Company who deserves this recognition?

• Outstanding Study Achievement- CII/PFS student of the year in Plymouth or Cornwall

This Award is for the CII or PFS Student who has accomplished an outstanding level of study achievements over the course of 2022. Do you know someone like this? Someone who has stayed motivated and enthusiastic towards their exams or CPD maybe?

• Achiever & Young Achiever Awards 2020

These awards will recognise the efforts of high achieving individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, achievement and attitude in all aspects of their professional life.

All employees, from junior office staff to managers, are eligible to nominate themselves or be nominated for these awards that acknowledge not only their performance as an individual, but also the support they have received from their employer.

Submissions

The judging will be done on the basis that all submissions will be anonymised.

All nominations must be received by the Tuesday 2 August 2022 to be considered.

The winners will be announced at the Plymouth Firework Championships on the boat cruise.

The winners will receive a trophy plus a special gift and will be the persons who, in the opinion of the judges, have made the most positive contribution to the profession and their business, and are truly inspirational within the industry.
