Overview
Join this morning workshop on Mental Health in Business taught by national expert Amber Cowburn, to give you a thorough introduction to mental health awareness and its impact on business.
Working Well provide sector leading mental health training that empowers participants, using expertise and enthusiasm. Their courses are packed with current research, to ensure comprehensive understanding and confidence to focus on employee wellbeing.
This course is suitable for all CII & PFS members and aimed at those looking to support employee wellbeing. Please note that numbers are VERY LIMITED so this course is likely to be fully booked fast.

Speaker Biography
Amber Cowburn is founder, consultant, and trainer at Working Well. She is a passionate and knowledgeable mental health and wellbeing strategy manager, campaigner, and public speaker. She currently manages the mental health and wellbeing strategy at the University of the West of England (Bristol) for over 30,000 students and 4000 staff.
Amber’s health and wellbeing expertise is well-respected across the sector, giving a TED Talk on youth mental health, and being nationally honoured with accolades such as the Diana Award (2019), Rotary National Community Champion (2019), and Prime Minister's Point of Light Award (2018).
Amber recently set up ‘Working Well’, a training and consultancy business to deliver bespoke solutions to businesses, empowering and equipping them to be mental health aware workplaces. She is also a proud founding trustee of the Invictus Trust charity, managed and launched a national parliamentary policy campaign for YoungMinds, founded Student Minds Cambridge, and is an experienced and accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Amber is determined to continue working to change and influence on proactive and preventative approaches to mental health and wellbeing across the country -
in workplaces, at a policy level, and with young people.
