With the introduction of the new Consumer Duty, the FCA signalled a move towards an outcomesbased regulatory system. This session will address the following questions - What does this mean for firms? What differences will we see? How do we need to adapt the way we work to evidence compliance in this new regime?

By the end of this this session, participants will be able to:
➢ identify the key characteristics of an outcomes-based regulatory system.
➢ understand how the regulatory environment will change as a result of us moving towards outcomes-based regulation.
➢ implement a strategy to adapt to the new regulatory environment.
