R02 Full Day Exam Revision Workshop

Overview

This one day session aims to bring together all your learning from R02 into a live event focussing on key areas and where maximum marks can be gained in the exam.

The session assumes the learner has studied R02 and is not new to these units and the aim is for the delegate to have increased confidence when taking the exam and a vastly increased chance of passing the exam.

Learning objectives

• Have an in-depth understanding of the main asset classes, the corresponding risks and how they are taxed

• Understand a range of financial products and identify clients for whom they may be appropriate

• Have an improved knowledge of the economic environment

• Have an understanding of the time value of money and the associated calculations

• Understand the advice process

• Have an improved understanding of investment theory

• Demonstrate an ability to answer exam standard questions

Speaker Biography

Jane Alford has been a technical trainer for 30+ years. She is an expert on investments, risk and taxation and is an experienced CII author.

This presentation is suitable for those studying R02 and looking to take the respective exam soon
