Speaker Bio

Steve joined Lancashire Constabulary in July 1979 and undertook a variety of roles before retiring in the role of Detective Inspector in January 2010. During his time in the police Steve experienced many challenging situations and was responsible for supervising large teams and leading serious and complex criminal investigations.

Steve first became aware of the i2i (Impossible 2 Inevitable) material in 1998 when he was introduced to Michael Finnigan, CEO of i2i. Steve then utilised the i2i principles with his teams in order to improve levels of resilience, motivation and performance. Since leaving the Police and joining i2i, Steve has delivered the i2i material to a variety of sectors including private business, public sector and sport.

i2i help individuals, teams and organisations to develop a culture of high performance thinking through the learning and understanding of psychological strategies. Their programmes are designed specifically to improve performance and results.
