Overview

The North West CII Local Institutes are happy to announce that their next joint event will be entitled 'Happy Workplaces are High Performing Workplaces'.

This highly topical and engaging event will give you the advice and tools needed to be able to enhance performance in your workplace by supporting the well-being and happiness of your colleagues.

The event includes the following speakers:

Steve Smith - The Engagement Ninja, CEO, NWEEG

Since 2002, Steve Smith’s infectious energy and formidable insight has helped transform some of the UK’s best-known businesses. His approach to employee engagement has produced ground-breaking results and game-changing bottom-line impact, but what makes Steve a true thought-leader in this space is how much he cares. As an engagement pioneer, Steve Smith is at the heart of the UK government’s flagship ‘Engage for Success’ initiative.

In this interactive session Steve will discuss four enablers of engagement and highlight the correlation between people engagement and building an inspirational employer brand. Whilst sharing real-life practical tips and tools he will show you how to make your business a great place to work and a great place to be a customer, raise productivity and attract and retain the right kind of people.
