The aim of the session is to shine a light on why some men find it difficult to open up, to explore ways to support men when they are struggling and to share some alternative ways to process difficult stuff, for those who really don’t like talking. In this interactive session, attendees will develop an understanding of some of the challenges facing men today and will take away some helpful ways to support men (or themselves) through difficult times.

Early Career Bursary

At the Insurance Institute of Royal Tunbridge Wells we're delighted to announce the creation of two early career bursaries to help secure the succession of the council for generations to come. Each bursary is £1000, to be paid in two instalments (50% at the start and 50% at the end of the year of service). We're looking for two early career individuals, who meet the criteria, to join us for our monthly Council meetings and contribute to the success of the local institute.
