CPD Webinar: Understanding company structures and how policies should be correctly set up
This one-hour webinar provided by Alan Chandler, one of the most popular presenters in the UK, will examine the difference between a sole trader, a partnership, a limited liability partnership, a private limited company and a public limited company. Alan will also explore the ways in which charities are formed.
The leading case of Macaura v Northern Insurance shows us that a policy will not respond if the insurance cover does not reflect the true structure of the company.
